The city of Pisa does not need an introduction because it is widely known for its Leaning Tower. Truth to be told, there is not so much to see in Pisa compared to Florence so allotting one day for the birthplace of Galileo Galilei is more than enough.
Anyhow, all of Pisa’s main attraction can be found in the Square of Miracles or Piazza dei Miracoli. You only need an hour to fully tour the piazza.
Roaming around, you can find the biggest baptistery in Italy.
As well as The Cathedral which is a prime example of Pisan-Romaneque architecture.
There is also a sexy looking angel sculpture.
And of course, the one and only Leaning Tower of Pisa.
When I visited the city, I did not enter the tower because of its pricey ticket (18 eur). Anyhow, all I care about is getting some good pictures with Pisa’s superstar.
Aside from the Square of Miracles, the very small Piazza dei Cavalieri or Knight’s Square is also worth seeing for its interesting buildings.
So guys, better check out Pisa because at the end of my trip I was full of bliss.
Oh no it looks like I missed the sexy angel sculpture when I was in Pisa!
